Adults - Neutralissa Masterclasses
How do I choose and book a Masterclass?
Each Neutralissa Masterclass focuses on a specific subject, with its own date, location and participation requirements.
You can find upcoming Masterclasses in our event announcements and choose those that match your interests and experience.
All Masterclasses require separate registration, including Neutralissa Trail & Train. Places are confirmed according to the booking instructions provided for each event.
If you are unsure which Masterclass is suitable for you, contact us and we will help you choose.
Can I attend individual Masterclasses, or do I need to follow a programme?
You can attend individual Neutralissa Masterclasses without enrolling in our regular training programme. Choose the sessions that match your interests and experience.
However, if you are a regular NeutralissaTsun student working towards your next Student Grade, the Masterclasses dedicated to your grade are a required part of your curriculum.
These sessions provide a deeper understanding of the principles and practical skills you will develop during regular classes. They help you understand not only how a movement works, but also why it works.
Our structured learning system ensures that you develop your skills and understanding together, rather than simply collecting techniques.
Can beginners attend Masterclasses?
Yes. Some Neutralissa Masterclasses are suitable for complete beginners, while others explore subjects that require previous martial arts experience.
Introductory Masterclasses give newcomers an opportunity to experience NeutralissaTsun principles through guided practical exercises.
Each Masterclass will indicate whether it is suitable for beginners or intended for more experienced practitioners.
Do I need to practise NeutralissaTsun to attend a Masterclass?
No. Neutralissa Masterclasses are open to both NeutralissaTsun students and practitioners of other martial arts.
If you already practise another martial art, Masterclasses offer an opportunity to explore different approaches to mindfulness, body unity, balance and movement through physical contact.
You can bring your existing experience and discover new perspectives that may enrich your own practice.
Previous NeutralissaTsun experience is not required. However, some Masterclasses are more advanced than others, so we recommend choosing a session appropriate to your experience.

Can I attend WomenSafe! with friends or arrange a private group?
Yes. You can register individually or together with friends for a scheduled WomenSafe! workshop. You can also arrange a private workshop for your own group.
Private workshops can be organised for a minimum of 8 participants, including groups of friends, colleagues or companies wishing to provide personal safety training for their female employees.
Workshops can take place at our Threat Prevent Confidence Academy in Limassol or at another suitable location.
Contact us to discuss your preferred date, group size and arrangements.
How is WomenSafe! different from regular NeutralissaTsun classes?
WomenSafe! is not a martial art. Think of it as a first aid course for your personal safety. In just three hours, you learn essential skills to recognise danger, protect your boundaries and respond when necessary.
It is designed especially for women who want to improve their personal safety but do not have the time or wish to commit to regular martial arts classes.
NeutralissaTsun, on the other hand, offers continuous training and a much deeper exploration of mindfulness, movement and practical self-defence.
WomenSafe! can also be your first step into NeutralissaTsun if you discover that you would like to develop your skills further.
Is a three-hour course really enough to learn self-defence?
Yes, because WomenSafe! takes a different approach.
Trying to teach someone a collection of new self-defence techniques in a few hours, or even twenty hours, is unlikely to prepare them to use those techniques under real pressure.
WomenSafe! starts with what you already have. Your natural movements, instincts and abilities become the foundation of your self-defence.
You learn how to recognise warning signals early, understand and protect your personal boundaries, and use your voice, body language and natural physical responses when necessary.
But perhaps the most important change happens in your mind.
You arrive thinking, “There is no way I could do that.” You leave realising, “Wow, I can do it!”
That change in confidence, combined with practical knowledge and a better understanding of your own abilities, is what makes these three hours valuable.
How will I learn NeutralissaTsun?
NeutralissaTsun follows a structured curriculum combining theory and practical training.
You begin with the fundamentals, learning how your body works, how to develop balance and body unity, and how to use your sense of touch to respond to another person’s movement and force.
Each stage introduces new skills while building on what you have already learned. Practical exercises with training partners help you understand and apply these principles in increasingly challenging situations.
The curriculum is organised into Student Grades, giving you a clear learning path from your first lesson to advanced training.
Can NeutralissaTsun help someone who is smaller or physically weaker?
ANSWER
Yes. NeutralissaTsun is designed to help you deal with situations where another person may be bigger, stronger or heavier than you.
Rather than resisting their strength, you learn to use their weight, pressure and movement against them. Through body unity, balance and your sense of touch, you develop the ability to redirect force, disrupt another person’s balance and limit their freedom of movement while maintaining your own.
The objective is to gain an advantage through skill and efficiency rather than muscular strength.
NeutralissaTsun trains you to protect yourself even when physical strength is not on your side.
How does NeutralissaTsun teach you to use your body more efficiently?
In NeutralissaTsun, you learn to use your body as one connected unit rather than relying on the strength of individual muscles.
Training develops your posture, balance and coordination, helping you generate and redirect force with greater efficiency and less unnecessary effort.
You also learn how to use another person’s weight, movement and pressure to your advantage instead of competing directly with their strength.
The aim is to become more stable without becoming stiff, more powerful without unnecessary tension, and free to move even when someone is applying force against you.

Corporate / Organizations
What happens during the Complimentary Corporate Consultation?
During the Complimentary Corporate Consultation, we take the time to understand your organization, the challenges your team faces and what you would like to achieve through training.
Together, we explore the most suitable programme, discuss any specific requirements and consider practical arrangements such as group size, location and scheduling.
Based on this conversation, we prepare an individual training proposal and quotation tailored to your organization’s needs.
Who is TP Corporate training designed for?
TP Corporate is designed for companies, organizations and professional teams that want to strengthen confidence, communication and personal safety in the workplace.
Training is suitable for employees, managers and team leaders across different industries.
The focus is on practical skills that participants can apply in professional situations.
What does a TP Corporate session look like?
TP Corporate sessions combine short theoretical explanations with practical exercises and realistic scenarios. Participants practise communication, boundary-setting and decision-making, as well as appropriate physical responses when relevant to the programme.
Our De-escalation & Conflict Management and Assertiveness at Work & Beyond programmes typically last 3 hours, with 10–14 participants per group.
Performance Under Pressure offers a more intensive, personalised training experience for managers, leaders and decision-makers. Sessions take place in small, semi-private groups of 6–8 participants maximum, or through individual coaching.
All programmes combine practical learning with opportunities to experience, practise and develop skills in a supportive training environment.
Can we arrange training for larger groups or multiple teams?
Yes. Our standard corporate training format accommodates 10–14 participants per group.
For organizations with more participants, we arrange additional groups rather than increasing the number of participants in a single session.
This helps us maintain training quality, provide individual attention and ensure everyone has sufficient opportunities to participate and practise.
For Performance Under Pressure, we work with smaller, semi-private groups of 6–8 participants maximum, or through individual coaching.
Where does corporate training take place?
TP Corporate training can take place at your organization’s premises, at our Threat Prevent Confidence Academy in Limassol, or at another suitable location.
The venue depends on the programme, group size and practical training requirements.
During the Complimentary Corporate Consultation, we discuss the available options and agree on the most suitable arrangements for your team.
How much does TP Corporate training cost?
Each organization receives an individual quotation based on its specific training requirements.
The cost depends on the selected programme, number of participants and training arrangements.
During the Complimentary Corporate Consultation, we discuss your objectives and requirements before preparing a tailored proposal.
Can the training be adapted to our organization’s specific needs?
Yes. TP Corporate training can be adapted to your organization’s specific challenges, working environment and training objectives.
During the Complimentary Corporate Consultation, we discuss your needs and identify the topics and practical scenarios most relevant to your team.
This ensures the training addresses situations your employees may actually encounter, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Which corporate training programme is right for our team?
TP Corporate offers three programmes that can be taken individually or as part of a progressive training approach.
De-escalation & Conflict Management
Our foundational programme, relevant to everyone regardless of gender or professional position. Participants learn to recognise tension, prevent conflicts from escalating and respond effectively to challenging interactions.
Assertiveness at Work & Beyond
Builds on the foundations of de-escalation, helping participants establish and communicate boundaries, respond when those boundaries are crossed and act with greater confidence. It can also be taken as a standalone programme.
Performance Under Pressure
Our most advanced programme, designed specifically for managers, leaders and decision-makers. Through practical, experiential exercises, participants develop greater clarity, balance and effective decision-making under pressure.
Training takes place in small, semi-private groups of up to 6–8 participants, allowing for individual attention and deeper development. Individual coaching is also available.
Not sure where to begin? During your Complimentary Corporate Consultation, we help identify the most suitable programme or progression for your team.
Do participants need previous experience or physical fitness?
No previous experience or special level of physical fitness is required.
TP Corporate training focuses on practical communication, decision-making, confidence and personal-safety skills rather than athletic performance.
Exercises are introduced progressively and adapted to participants’ abilities and experience.
If participants have physical limitations or specific requirements, these can be discussed during the Complimentary Corporate Consultation.
Kids - BullyBrave
Can LevelUp help when communication at home becomes difficult?
As children become teenagers, they naturally seek more independence, question decisions and develop their own opinions. This can sometimes lead to misunderstandings and disagreements at home.
In LevelUp, psychology and realistic scenario training help teenagers understand their emotions, recognise different perspectives and communicate more effectively.
Through discussions, group exercises and practical situations, they learn to express their opinions clearly, listen to others and handle disagreements without unnecessary confrontation.
They also practise taking responsibility for their decisions and understanding how their behaviour affects others.
The goal is not to eliminate disagreements between parents and teenagers, but to help young people communicate with greater confidence, understanding and respect, including at home.
How can my child speak up and stand up for themselves without becoming aggressive?
Being assertive means expressing your opinions, needs and boundaries clearly while respecting others.
In LevelUp, teenagers learn how emotions, words and body language influence communication. Through realistic scenarios, they practise expressing disagreement, saying no, setting boundaries and handling difficult reactions.
Students also prepare and deliver presentations, learning to express their ideas clearly and speak confidently in front of others.
Martial arts and physical training reinforce these skills through self-control, awareness and responding under pressure.
Teenagers learn that standing up for themselves does not mean winning every argument. Sometimes it means accepting disagreement, walking away or defending a boundary when necessary.
The goal is to help teenagers communicate confidently, stand up for themselves and respect others without unnecessary aggression.
How can my child learn to handle rejection, criticism and failure?
Disappointment, rejection and criticism are part of growing up. What matters is how teenagers learn to respond when things do not go their way.
In LevelUp, psychology and realistic scenario training form the foundation of our approach. Students explore their emotions, practise handling difficult situations and learn to respond constructively to criticism, rejection and setbacks.
Martial arts and physical training reinforce this learning through direct experience. Students face challenges, make mistakes and discover how patience, persistence and practice lead to improvement.
This combination of psychological understanding, realistic scenarios and physical experience makes our approach distinctive.
The goal is to help teenagers develop the resilience to face challenges, recover from setbacks and move forward with confidence.
How can my child develop confidence without constantly comparing themselves to others?
Comparing themselves with friends, classmates and people they see on social media is common among teenagers. Simply telling them to stop comparing rarely helps.
Confidence develops through personal experiences, overcoming challenges and discovering what they are capable of achieving.
In LevelUp, teenagers practise new skills, face challenges and learn to recognise their own progress. Our instructors encourage them to focus on improvement rather than competition or being better than someone else.
They also learn that making mistakes is part of learning and that someone else’s abilities or achievements do not diminish their own.
The goal is to help teenagers build confidence based on their own abilities, experiences and progress rather than constantly seeking approval or comparing themselves with others.
How can my child resist peer pressure and still be themselves?
Wanting to belong and be accepted is a natural part of growing up. The challenge is learning to remain true to yourself, even when friends expect you to behave differently.
In LevelUp, teenagers practise realistic situations involving peer pressure, exclusion and difficult choices.
They learn to recognise when they are being influenced, express disagreement confidently, say no without unnecessary confrontation and stand by their decisions.
Just as importantly, they experience what it feels like to take a different position from the group and learn to handle the reactions of others.
The goal is not to make teenagers care less about their friendships. It is to help them develop the confidence to be themselves without depending on everyone else’s approval.
How can my child learn to make good decisions when I’m not there?
Good judgement develops through experience, practice and learning to take responsibility for our choices.
In LevelUp, teenagers work through realistic situations where they learn to recognise problems, consider different responses and understand the possible consequences of their decisions.
Rather than simply telling students what to do, our instructors encourage them to think independently, question their assumptions and develop their own judgement.
They also learn to recognise when a situation is beyond their control and when asking for help is the right decision.
The goal is not to make every decision perfect. It is to develop the confidence and judgement to make responsible choices, even when no adult is there to guide them.
What if my child has difficulty concentrating or following instructions?
Learning to listen, concentrate and follow instructions is part of MiniMasters 4–6. Your child does not need to have mastered these skills before joining.
Our instructors use short, varied activities, movement games and repetition to help children stay engaged and learn step by step.
If your child finds something difficult, we adapt our approach and provide individual guidance rather than expecting every child to learn at the same speed.
What if my child is not comfortable attending classes without me?
Some children are comfortable joining a class independently from the beginning, while others need more time to adjust.
Our instructors help children become familiar with the training environment, the other children and the activities through encouragement and playful exercises.
We aim to make the transition to independent participation as comfortable as possible, without putting unnecessary pressure on your child.
If your child is not yet ready, we will discuss the best approach together rather than forcing the transition.
What happens if my child is shy or unwilling to participate?
Some children join the activities immediately. Others prefer to watch, stay close to their parent or take more time before participating.
Our instructors allow children to become familiar with the class at their own pace. We use games and gentle encouragement to invite participation without putting them under pressure.
Your child can begin by observing and gradually join the activities when they feel comfortable.
What is my role as a parent during the classes?
In MiniMasters 2–4, you actively participate alongside your child. You are not simply watching from the sidelines.
Together, you take part in playful movement exercises, simple partner activities and games designed to develop coordination, confidence and social skills.
Your presence gives your child a familiar and secure starting point, while the instructor guides both of you through the activities.
Your role is to support and encourage your child while allowing them to explore, participate and develop confidence at their own pace.

Children develop at different speeds, and there is no single age at which every child becomes ready for structured activities.
MiniMasters 2–4 is designed to introduce young children to learning through movement, play and simple exercises, with a parent participating alongside them.
Your child does not need to follow every instruction or participate in every activity from the beginning. The important thing is to become comfortable with the environment and gradually develop the confidence to join in.
Our Free Trial gives you and your child the opportunity to experience a class together and see whether the programme is a good fit.

Trial classes & Joining
Can I watch my child’s training?
For children aged 4–16, parents do not observe trial classes or regular training sessions. This allows children to focus on their training, develop independence and build confidence.
Twice a year, parents are invited to attend examinations, where they can see their child’s progress and what they have learned.
The exception is MiniMasters 2–4, where parents actively participate in the training alongside their children.
What should I wear or bring to a trial class?
Wear comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely and bring a bottle of water.
Sports shoes are required. Sandals and slippers are not permitted.
No special uniform or equipment is needed for your first class.
For MiniMasters 2–4, parents should also wear comfortable sportswear and sports shoes, as they actively participate alongside their children.
Our team will provide any additional information when confirming your booking.
What happens if my child is exactly 4, 6 or 12?
Our age groups overlap intentionally because children develop at different speeds.
When booking a trial class, we start with the younger programme:
- Age 4: MiniMasters 2–4
- Age 6: MiniMasters 4–6
- Age 12: BullyBrave 6–12
Our instructors then assess your child’s readiness, confidence and individual development before recommending a transition to the next programme.
The goal is to place every child in the group where they can learn, participate and progress most effectively, rather than making decisions based on age alone.
What happens after my trial class?
After your trial class, you can choose how you would like to continue training. You have two options:
Trial Month: Train for one month before deciding on a longer commitment. Afterwards, you can continue with Monthly Training or choose a longer Training Plan.
Training Plan: Start directly with a 5-Month or 10-Month Training Plan.
If you register on the day of your trial class, the €40 trial fee is credited towards your training fees.
If you begin with a Trial Month and select a 5-Month or 10-Month Training Plan immediately afterwards, your Trial Month payment is also credited towards the selected plan.
How much does a trial class cost?
A trial class costs €40 for all our regular training programmes, regardless of age.
This includes MiniMasters 2–4, MiniMasters 4–6, BullyBrave 6–12, LevelUp 12–16 and NeutralissaTsun for adults.
If you decide to continue training and register on the same day as your trial class, the full €40 is credited towards your training fees.
The €40 trial fee does not apply to WomenSafe!, Neutralissa Masterclasses or Corporate clients. These have separate booking arrangements, and Corporate consultations are complimentary.
