Give your team members a clear way to act as  conflict develops.

DE-ESCALATION & CONFLICT MANAGEMENT | 3-HOUR CORPORATE COURSE

The course follows the progression of a real conflict, from the first warning signs to the point where communication may no longer be enough.

Participants learn what to notice, when to reduce tension, when to set and protect a boundary, when to create distance and when self-protection may become necessary. Because they practise the different stages in realistic scenarios, team members leave with more than information. They leave knowing what to look for, what options they have and what to do next.

EARLY RECOGNITION

Earlier recognition gives your team members more options.

Many conflicts become harder to manage when the first warning signs are not recognised early enough. By the time voices are raised or behaviour becomes openly aggressive, fewer options may remain. Participants learn to recognise when an interaction is changing and decide when action is needed. The earlier they notice that shift, the more choices they will have.
The goal is not simply to “stay calm”. It is to respond in a way that fits the situation. Sometimes that means creating distance. Sometimes it means setting a clear boundary. Sometimes it means changing the way they communicate or choosing another way to reduce the tension. Just as importantly, participants learn that de-escalation does not mean giving in. They practise how to reduce unnecessary conflict while still protecting their own boundaries and recognising when de-escalation is no longer enough.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Your team members communicate with more confidence when they know what to do if words are no longer enough.

Knowing how to de-escalate in theory is different from responding when someone becomes confrontational, ignores a boundary or moves too close. That is why participants practise through realistic scenario training, where they recognise what is changing and use body language, voice, distance and positioning to influence the situation. Knowing what to do if communication is no longer enough also gives participants more confidence when setting a boundary. They are not relying on words alone. The aim is to give your team members experience with the full progression of a conflict, including what to do when earlier options are no longer enough.

WHY LEARN WITH US?

A three-hour course should focus on what your team members can actually remember and use.

No short course can prepare employees for every conflict they may face. The important question is what they can still recognise and apply when a real situation starts to change.

That is why we teach a clear early-recognition and response protocol. Within that structure, participants learn the principles behind each step, so they understand not only what to do, but also why it matters.

We deliberately keep the course focused. Participants practise a small number of practical responses and learn how communication, boundaries, distance, body language and physical action work together.

The goal is not to cover as much material as possible. It is to make the important material clear, practical and usable.

Individual Support

More than 25 years of teaching experience has taught us to be selective about what belongs in a three-hour course. We focus on what participants can understand, practise and use, and leave out material that adds complexity without adding practical value.

Exercises and scenarios are coached directly. Participants can ask questions, repeat situations and receive individual feedback as they work through the response protocol.

DE-ESCALATION & CONFLICT MANAGEMENT | GETTING STARTED

Prepare your team to handle conflict before it escalates.

Difficult situations rarely become serious without warning. Changes in behaviour, tone, distance and pressure usually appear first. Recognising those signs early gives participants more options. This practical 3-hour course teaches participants how to understand what is happening, define their boundaries and protect them through clear communication, assertiveness, body language and positioning. They also learn what to do when those earlier measures are no longer enough. The course includes simple, appropriate physical responses so participants understand the full progression from recognising a problem early to dealing with a situation that has become physical.

The aim is not to make employees aggressive. On the contrary, it is to help them respond earlier, avoid unnecessary escalation, stay calm when another person becomes difficult or aggressive, and use only the level of response the situation requires.

This place is amazing and the instructors are excellent with children. I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was 4, now she’s 7, and she absolutely loves it! They have a cool way of making BullyBrave engaging for the kids especially and this is totally down to the instructors’ down to earth and approachable demeanours!

It will be 3 years soon that I have been training NeutralissaTsun at this school. Group lessons can be accompanied by private classes as well as by single- and multi-day seminars. I have found the trainer to my liking, art and pace, and I enjoy seeing my progress from month to month.

I have been to a variety of  Academies, and can easily say this is one of the best. Other than a spacious and well-equipped location, the teachers are experts of their craft, and are well-attuned to the needs of their students. A special shoutout to Vlad Olich, who is a fantastic trainer, mentor, guide and trainer. Highly recommend having lessons with a master who has such high standards.

My sons have good experience by attending Bully Brave classes. They started two years ago. Noticeable that they became more confident and more serious as well as more self organized and responsible. Also they started to pay more attention to the relationships with their friends and people around them. I don’t have to remind them about the Bully Brave lessons or to ask them to take their belongings as well as I don’t motivate or push them to go to the trainings. They like to go to Bully Brave and they are happy when they reach new levels. Many thanks to the trainers and  the ThreatPrevent Community)
